The pharmacy practice & practice-based research section of INNOVATIONS provides a venue for
sharing practice innovations that may include new roles for pharmacists, new practices or programs,
special populations, evaluation tools, inter-professional alliances, or technologies that support
practice. This section also provides a venue for scholarship that involves practice-based clinicians
and their staffs engaged in activities designed to understand, implement, evaluate, and improve
patient care.
