Abstract
Higher education is a profession constantly experiencing change. Students change, policies change, trends change, leaders change, organizational structures change; the only constant seems to be change itself. Due to the fact that limited research exists on the concept of organizational change as perceived by different levels of student affairs administrators and to develop principles and guidelines for organizational change that parallel the mission of student affairs organizations.Metrics
