JCOTR is a publication of NODA the Association for Orientation, Transition, and Retention in Higher Education.
The members of the editorial board are dedicated to a quality publication and are always willing to discuss manuscript ideas and publication policies with potential authors. Authors are not required to be NODA members to publish in its journal.
