Session Description

This presentation will explain what OERs (Open Educational Resources) are in general and will also explain the details of the Minnesota Partnership for Collaborative Curriculum and how it will benefit Minnesota K12 school districts with a special focus on grades 3-5. The use of MPCC Learning Management System ready content in grades 3-5 will be demonstrated.

Brief Biography of Primary Presenter

  • 15 years Elementary teaching grades 3-8.
  • Developed an elementary Moodle course for math, science and language arts instruction and assessment.
  • Has assisted in LMS Integration and Implementation in K12, Higher Ed and business.
  • Has curated / written Open Education Resource (OER) content for the MPCC.
