Abstract

This presentation focuses on how the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Minnesota made innovative structural and organizational changes to provide eLearning development and innovative design practices for its faculty. Presenters highlight: organizational models; the building of eLearning teams that leverage expertise and complementary skills; and ways to support internal and external funding, collaboration across units, and how to find talented and motivated students to assist with projects.
