Abstract
To encourage and support faculty to redesign courses around OERs and/or author materials, the Minnesota State system (30 two-year colleges and 7 state universities) scaled up a successful campus faculty development project - the OER Learning Circles. This session will share details about the faculty development and encourage thinking about it's value in other contexts.
