What is the goal of your discussion? What purpose do they serve in your course? In this presentation, you will learn techniques that will help you write discussion questions that you will want to participate in with your students. Participants will have the chance to engage in active learning as they review sample questions and develop your own questions for your course.

Renee SB Cedarberg, Metropolitan State University

Renee Cedarberg is Community Faculty at Metropolitan State University where she teaches in the College of Management, with a focus on Human Resources. In addition to teaching, she is a Quality Matters Master Reviewer and supports the university's Center for Online Learning by leading workshops and course reviews. Prior to teaching, Renee spent 10 years in private industry where she led training
