There is growing scientific evidence to support the multiple benefits of time spent in nature, urging a call for increased clinical and public health studies to better understand these relationships. Literature suggests that engaging people with nature in lasting and meaningful ways requires intentional activities that relate to everyday life, that bring family, friends and community members together.
