Exercise your healthy choice by joining us to hear how two faculty members have been successful with the implementation of this six-pack of 3rd party LMS Integrations. Improve your student engagement and success rates by one or more of the following 3rd party tools to be presented: Zoom, Atomic Learning, ReadSpeaker, Cengage (Mindtap), Pearson and Labyrinth. We will demonstrate how we use these products in a variety of blended and online courses at both of our institutions with the result of engaging students with access to rich learning applications.

Brief Biography of Primary Presenter

Karen LaPlant is an Information Technology Faculty member at Hennepin Technical College and has been teaching there since 1989. LaPlant has a Masters in Instructional Technology from St. Cloud State University. She has been developing courses and using Desire2Learn Brightspace in her blended and online classes since 2006. Karen is a Certified Quality Matters Master Reviewer and Coordinator. She enjoys her role as an Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) site evaluator.
